About us

After years of working in childcare I decided it was time to have a career change. I've always been involved with animals ranging from small furies, dogs to horses. 

We have 4 dogs ourselves, three of which are Dachshunds, which we show and a daft Staffy. As I enjoy grooming our girls ready to show I thought 'why not groom other dogs'. 

I trained and learnt the basics with a local groomer, then went on to complete an intense training course.

In October 2013 I opened my own fully insured parlour and Mutz Cutz was born.

I offer one-to-one service for your pet, using quality natural shampoos. Dogs are dried by hand (not in drying cages). Then groomed with lots of care and patience. 

Puppies are catered for, giving them lots of cuddles and breaks to play. They are introduced carefully to the bath, and drying. Then coats trimmed until they are old enough to have a proper cut. You can also follow
